Comments: The nonrefundable pet fee is $300 for up to two pets. Max of two pets allowed. Monthly pet rent is $20/pet/month.

Dogs - allowed

Restrictions: Doberman Pinchers, Chows, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and any mixed breed dog with identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breeds. Surnames used to disassociate a restricted breed such as "American Staffordshire Terrier" will also not be accepted. Any animal deemed or perceived as aggressive will be denied.
