I have lived here for almost three months and I can say that it has been an absolute pleasure. The leasing office team has been absolutely amazing to say the least. After moving to Orlando on my own for College I realized that the leasing office team was more than welcoming of me. Any repair request that needs to be completed is always completed and never fails to amaze me. The grounds of Sawgrass itself are kept up beautifully as well as the remodel of the pool. They even added an amazing addition of a dog park. I am extremely happy to call this place my home!

Just moved in & couldn't be happier!! The area is nice & close to shopping. The staff is friendly & has gone out of their way to make sure my move in went smoothly. Any questions or concerns have been taken care of immediately. Haven't had much time yet to meet my neighbors but the couple I've seen have been welcoming. Can't wait to try out the gym & new pool area!!

Sawgrass Apartments is a great place to live. The Senior Property Manager (Heather A. )and maintenance team are excellent with their customer service and getting the job well done.

Great place to live especially if you own pets. Very dog friendly and great place to walk them on the property. I have lived here for 3 years and always felt safe and secure. The maintenance guys and office Gals are Phenominal! Anything i needed was done fast and efficient. Thanks for making a the apartment more like a home!!! Great job will miss you all (only leaving because we purchased a house.

I have been here for about 3 years and I have never had any problems residents are very respectful, clean place, management is beyond nice and fix things pretty quickly, you are treated like family. Those 5 year resident parking spots are everywhere and that alone says a lot about this place.
